Latch Bolt Automatic Release Type Digital Doorlock Mortise
Disclosed is a digital door lock mortise with an automatically loosening latch bolt which greatly simplifies the structure to facilitate assembly and reduce manufacturing costs. To this end, the digital door lock mortise with an automatically loosening latch bolt comprises: a protrusion unit added and installed on a dead bolt lever; a rotary gear linked to the dead bolt lever by engagement of gears; a first panic link fixed by the same shaft as the rotary gear, and provided with an extension rod coming in contact with the protrusion unit; a second panic link linked to the first panic link by gear engagement; a first and a second end unit resulting from extending one end of the first and second panic links; and a function unit allowing an inner lever to be coupled to a rotary shaft hole to rotate as one unit, and having a first protrusion and a second protrusion selectively coming in contact with an operating part of a latch bolt stopper and a driving protrusion selectively coming in contact with the first and second end units. Accordingly, the present invention can unlock locking by a latch bolt and open a door no matter in which direction the inner lever is rotated to be used for both a left hand and a right hand by a simple structure, and facilitates assembly to increase productivity and greatly reduce manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 구조를 대폭 간소화하여 조립이 용이하며 제조원가를 절감할 수 있는 래치볼트 자동 풀림식 디지털 도어록 모티스를 개시한다.이를 위하여 본 발명은 데드볼트레버에 추가 설치된 단턱부와, 상기 데드볼트레버와 기어의 맞물림으로 연동되는 회동기어와, 상기 회동기어와 동일축으로 고정되며, 상기 단턱부와 접촉되는 연장간를 구비하여서 된 제1패닉링크와, 상기 제1패닉링크와 기어 물림으로 연동되는 제 2 패닉링크와, 상기 제 1, 2 패닉링크의 일단을 연장하여서 된 제 1, 2 단부와, 내측레버가 회동축공에 결합되어 일체로 회동하며, 상기 제 1, 2 단부에 선택적으로 접하게 되는 구동돌기와 상기 래치볼트스토퍼의 작동편과 선택적으로 접하는 제1돌기와 제2돌기를 갖는 기능부를 구비하여서 된 것이다.이와 같이 하여 본 발명은 내측레버를 어느 방향으로 회전시키든지 래치볼트에 의한 잠김이 해제되고 문을 열 수 있게 되는 것이어서 간결한 구조에 의하여 좌수 또는 우수로 겸용할 수 있게 되는 것이며, 조립이 용이하여 생산성을 높이고 제조 원가를 크게 절감할 수 있게 되는 유용한 효과가 있다.
