The present invention relates to a manual disposer for a sink. According to the present invention, the manual disposer for a sink comprises: a disposer unit including a main housing, a grinding housing, a grinding drum, a grinding rotary plate, a dehydrating drum, a dehydrating net, and a fixing ring; and a driving unit to rotate and drive the dehydrating drum and the grinding rotary plate of the disposer unit by a manual operation. Leftover food produced in a kitchen is manually ground while the driving unit is manually operated to reduce energy. In comparison to a conventional technique, leftover food is ground by the grinding drum and the grinding rotary plate without installing a dehydrating device, and ground leftover food can be dehydrated by the dehydrating drum and the dehydrating net. The manual disposer communicates with the drain of a sink to sequentially and conveniently separate the grinding rotary plate and the dehydrating net through an opened upper side to simply remove dehydrated leftover food after grinding and dehydrating the leftover food. The separation of the grinding rotary plate, the dehydrating net, etc. for removing leftover food is easy to facilitate maintenance, repair, and management.
본 발명은 싱크대용 수동 디스포저에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 메인하우징, 분쇄하우징, 분쇄드럼, 분쇄회전판, 탈수드럼, 탈수망, 고정링을 포함하는 디스포저유닛과, 디스포저유닛의 탈수드럼, 분쇄회전판을 수동 조작을 통해 회전구동시키는 구동유닛을 포함함으로써 주방에서 발생하는 잔반에 대하여 구동유닛을 수동으로 작동시키면서 수동으로 분쇄하여 에너지절감 할 수 있도록 함과 동시에, 종래와 달리 별도의 잔반에 대한 탈수처리 장치의 설치가 없이도 분쇄드럼과 분쇄회전판을 통해 분쇄함과 동시에 탈수드럼과 탈수망을 통해 분쇄된 잔반이 탈수처리 할 수 있으며, 싱크대 개수대의 배수구와 연통되어 개방된 상측으로 분쇄와 탈수처리 이후에 분쇄회전판과 탈수망을 순차적으로 간편하게 분리하여 탈수처리된 잔반을 간단하게 비워낼 수 있도록 하는 한편, 잔반을 비워내기 위한 분쇄회전판과 탈수망 등의 분리가 용이하여 유지보수 및 관리가 간편하게 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
