SOUNDPROOF WALL DISMANTLING DEVICE FOR ASBESTOS PANEL
The present invention relates to an apparatus for dismantling an asbestos-panel soundproof wall which can stably dismantle an asbestos panel. To this end, the apparatus for dismantling an asbestos-panel soundproof wall comprises: an upper plate having a pulling ring formed on the upper surface thereof to be pulled to a crane; side plates extended downwards from both ends of the upper plate to enclose and move an asbestos panel to the inside; at least two fixing means horizontally coupled to the side plates to selectively grip and fix an asbestos panel entering between the side plates; an opening/closing plate hinge-coupled to lower portions of the side plates to prevent a dismantled asbestos panel from falling; an asbestos blocking unit to seal opened one side and the other side of the opening/closing plate and the side plates to prevent asbestos from being spilled; and a water spray unit coupled to the lower surface of the side plates to spray water to prevent asbestos from being scattered. The opening/closing plate can move an asbestos panel to the inside by opening and prevent an asbestos panel fixed on the fixing means from falling to the ground by closing. A water tank and a pump capable of pumping water of the water tank are loaded on the upper surface of the upper plate. The water spray means consists of a first spray pipe coupled to the lower surface of the upper plate to spray water.
본 발명은 석면판넬 방음벽 해체장치에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 크레인에 견인될 수 있도록 상부면에 견인고리가 형성된 상판플레이트;와, 석면판넬을 감싸 내부로 진입시키기 위해 상기 상판플레이트의 양측에 하향 연장되는 측면플레이트;와, 상기 각 측면플레이트에 적어도 2개 이상 수평 결합되어 상기 각 측면플레이트의 사이로 진입된 석면판넬을 선택적으로 파지하여 고정하는 고정수단;과, 상기 각 측면플레이트의 하부에 힌지 결합되어 해체되는 석면판넬의 낙하를 방지하는 개폐플레이트;와, 석면의 유출을 방지하기 위해 상기 측면플레이트와 개폐플레이트의 개방된 일측과 타측을 밀폐시키는 석면차단부; 및 석면이 비산되는 것을 방지하기 상기 상판플레이트의 저면에 결합되어 물을 분사하는 물분사수단;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 개폐플레이트는 개방에 의해 석면판넬을 내부로 진입시키고, 폐쇄에 의해 고정수단에 고정된 석면판넬이 지상으로 낙하되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 기능하고, 상기 상판플레이트의 상부면에는 물탱크 및 상기 물탱크의 물을 펌핑할 수 있는 펌프가 더 탑재되고, 상기 물분사수단은 상기 상판플레이트의 저면에 결합되어 물을 분사하는 제1분사파이프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
