The present invention relates to a hybrid flame-retardant paint manufacturing method and to a hybrid flame-retardant paint construction method using a flame-retardant paint construction device. The present invention comprises: an aqueous resin; ethylbenzene; xylene; toluene; and an inorganic flame-retardant. According to the present invention, water resistance is good, adhesion and flexibility to a synthetic resin are excellent, various facilities are safely protected by preventing or delaying the burning of structures in case of sudden fire within the facility, thereby minimizing damage. In addition, a coating solution using a small amount of the inorganic flame retardant and a photocatalyst are mixed and applied to coating, and thus in addition to flame retardancy and water resistance, due to the application of the flame retardant paint, it is not only a flame retardant effect but also an excellent heat shielding effect due to a foaming function in case of fire in steel structures, tunnels, buildings, and the like, thereby securing the stability of the structure by preventing the explosion of a fire-resisting paint from the steel structure and high-strength concrete. In the case of steel structure, it promotes the safety of the structure due to the decrease in the strength of the steel structure due to high heat in the event of a fire due to the foaming and heat shielding functions of the flame retardant paint.
본 발명은 하이브리드 난연도료 제조방법 및 난연도료시공장치를 이용한 하이브리드 난연도료 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 수성계 수지, 에틸벤젠, 자일렌, 톨루엔, 무기계 난연제로 구성됨으로써, 내수성이 양호하고, 합성수지에 대한 접착력과 굴곡성이 우수하며, 시설물 내의 갑작스런 화재에 대한 구조물의 전소를 방지하거나 지연시킴으로써 각종 시설물을 안전하게 보호하고, 그 피해를 최소화할 뿐만 아니라, 무기계 난연제를 소량으로 사용한 코팅액과 광촉매를 배합, 코팅에 응용하여 난연성, 내수성 외에 난연도료 도포로 인해 철골구조 및 터널, 건축물 등의 화재시 발포기능으로 난연뿐만 아니라, 차열효과가 우수하여 철골구조의 내화도료 및 고강도 콘크리트의 폭렬을 방지하여 구조물의 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 철골구조의 경우 난연도료의 발포 및 차열기능으로 화재 발생시 고열에 의한 철골구조의 강도 저하로 인한 구조물의 안전성을 도모한다.
