Rail Driving Carriage System for Flexible Membrane Retractable Structure
The present invention provides a rail driven driving carriage system for a flexible retractable structure which comprises: a rail (620) provided along both ends of a flexible film of a flexible retractable structure; a motor (M) provided on one side of the rail; a driving wheel (630) rotating by receiving a rotational force of the motor; a band (650) reciprocally disposed inside the rail in a longitudinal direction while a part thereof is wound around an outer circumferential surface of the driving wheel and reciprocating along the longitudinal direction of the rail in accordance with the rotation of the driving wheel; and a driving rail carriage (700) provided inside the rail and reciprocating along the longitudinal direction of the rail in accordance with movement of the band, wherein the flexible film is attached to the driving rail carriage, thereby being unfolded or folded by direction rotation. Therefore, the flexible film can be effectively retractable.
본 발명은, 연성 개폐식 구조물의 연성막의 양측단을 따라 구비된 레일(620); 상기 레일의 일측에 구비되는 모터(M); 상기 모터의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 구동휠(630); 일부가 상기 구동휠의 외주면에 감기면서 상기 레일의 내부에 길이방향으로 왕복 배치되어서, 상기 구동횔의 회전에 따라 레일의 길이방향을 따라 왕복이동하는 밴드(650); 및 상기 레일의 내부에 구비되어 상기 밴드의 이동에 따라 레일의 길이방향을 따라 왕복 이동하는 드라이빙 레일 케리지(700);를 포함하고, 상기 드라이빙 레일 케리지에 상기 연성막이 부착되어 있어서, 상기 모터의 정역방향 회전에 의해 연성막이 펼쳐지거나 접혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 개폐식 구조물의 레일 구동형 드라이빙 케리지 시스템을 제공한다.
