The binder consists of 1 to 3 parts by weight of oxalic acid, 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of sodium acetate, and 15 to 20 parts by weight of silicone oil.
본 발명은 폐플라스틱을 함유하는 철도침목에 관한 것으로서, 폐플라스틱, 목질입자 및 결합제를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 결합제는 옥살산 1 내지 3 중량부, 수산화나트륨 0.5 내지 2 중량부, 초산나트륨 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부 및 실리콘 오일 15 내지 20 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
