Multi-Angle Horizontal Boring Machine for Boring Rock Bed and the Horizontal Boring Method Thereof
The present invention provides a multi-angle horizontal boring apparatus for rock drilling and a horizontal boring method using the same, in order to bore rock in a horizontal direction during various tunnel constructions while stably and efficiently boring the rock within a narrow space by changing boring work directions according to various angles, wherein the multi-angle horizontal boring apparatus comprises: a chassis body unit including a chassis frame, a support frame erected and fixedly installed on a front side of an upper part of the chassis frame, lower support units arranged at left and right side ends of the chassis frame to be spaced back and forth and supporting the chassis frame for the position thereof to be fixed by lifting and lowering supports at the lower part, and upper support units formed at the upper part of the chassis frame to be upwardly extended and fixedly supporting the chassis frame by being changed vertically in an upper and lower direction; a boring hammer unit installed on the support frame of the chassis body unit to be extended to a front side and fixedly supporting a boring hammer in the front side to perform repeated striking operations for boring a target to be drilled; and a driving control unit controlling the chassis body unit and the boring hammer unit while applying power differentiated for driving the chassis body unit and the boring hammer unit. Moreover, the boring hammer unit includes: a boring assembly extended to a front side of the chassis body unit to fixedly support the boring hammer and to apply flow pressure to the boring hammer; and an angle changing unit mounted on the support frame and fixedly supporting the boring assembly to drive an operation of switching the striking direction and an angle of the boring hammer.
본 발명은 각종 터널 공사에서 암반을 수평방향으로 천공하되 천공 작업방향을 다양한 각도로 가변하여 협소한 공간 내 안정적이면서 암반을 효율적으로 천공함을 제공하도록, 차대프레임과, 상기 차대프레임의 상부 전방에 기립하여 고정 설치하는 지지프레임과, 상기 차대프레임의 좌우 측단에 전후로 간격을 두고 배치하고 하부에 지지대를 승강 구동하여 상기 차대프레임을 위치 고정하게 지지하는 하부지지유닛과, 상기 차대프레임의 상부에 상향 연장 형성하고 상하 수직방향으로 가변하여 상기 차대프레임을 지지 고정하는 상부지지유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 차대본체부와; 상기 차대본체부 중 상기 지지프레임 상에 설치하여 전방으로 연장 형성하고, 전방에 천공해머를 지지 고정하여 굴착대상물을 천공하도록 반복적으로 타격하는 천공해머부와; 상기 차대본체부 및 상기 천공해머부를 제어하되 상기 차대본체부 및 상기 천공해머부의 구동을 위한 구분된 동력을 인가하는 구동제어부;를 포함하고, 상기 천공해머부는, 상기 차대본체부의 전방으로 연장 형성하여 상기 천공해머를 지지 고정하고 상기 천공해머에 유동 압력을 가하는 천공조립체와, 상기 지지프레임 상에 장착하고 상기 천공조립체를 지지 고정하여 상기 천공해머의 타격 방향 및 각도를 전환 구동하는 각도가변유닛을 포함하는 암반 굴착용 다각도 수평 천공장치 및 이를 이용한 수평천공 시공공법을 제공한다.
