A method of constructing interior and exterior finishing panels for a building includes the following steps of: preparing a plurality of hangers (100) having a cross section including a first vertical part (110), a second horizontal part (120) and a second vertical part (130); preparing a steel-attached board panel (200) including a board (220) where design patterns are printed, a steel plate (240) including a bonding part (242) bonded closely to the rear side of the board (220) with a bonding agent (232) therebetween, embossing parts (244) dented backward to be spaced apart from the rear side of the board (220), and opening parts (246) formed on the embossing parts (244), respectively, and a fixing bracket (260) including a bonding plate part (262) bonded to the rear side of the board (220) while kept stored in the embossing parts (244), and hanging pieces (264) formed on one side of the bonding plate part (262) and protruding outward through the opening parts (246); installing the plurality of hangers (100) on the wall (2) to be elongated in a transverse direction and spaced apart in a longitudinal direction such that the first vertical part (110) comes in contact with the wall (2), thereby forming a hanging groove (3) between the second vertical part (130) and the wall (2); and hanging and holding the steel-attached board panel (200) on the hangers (100) such that each of the hanging pieces (264) is hung on the hanging groove (3). Therefore, the present invention is capable of easily replacing a damaged component and guaranteeing safety even in an accident.
