INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF CASEMENT WINDOWS
The present invention relates to the structure of a hinge installed to have a hinge structure between a window sash and a window frame, and a structure in which the hinge is coupled to the window sash and the window frame. In the installation structure of a hinged window sash, a window sash having glass is vertically opened and closed by a hinge with respect to a window frame. The window sash includes: a frame column frame having a rectangular tube shape and located on an indoor side; and a plate-shaped extension plate extending from the outer surface of the frame column frame, and located on an outdoor side. A first step portion is formed between the frame column frame and the extension plate on an inner side thereof, and the wall or column of a building is installed on the respective outer surfaces of the frame column frame and the extension plate. The window frame includes: a window column frame having a rectangular tube shape, and located on an indoor side; a horizontal connecting plate having a plate shape, and located on an outdoor side to correspond to the extension plate; and a vertical connecting plate for connecting the window column frame to the horizontal connecting plate. A second step portion corresponding to the first step portion is formed, and an end of the glass is installed on the outer surface of the horizontal connecting plate. The hinge includes: a frame fixing plate coupled to the window sash; and a window fixing plate coupled to the window frame. The frame fixing plate and the window fixing plate each include: a frame fixing piece; a horizontally folding piece having a rotating piece at an outer end thereof; and a vertical folding piece for connecting the frame fixing piece to the horizontal folding piece. From the outside of the building, at least the window frame is not exposed to an inner side of the glass, and thus the maintenance, economic efficiency, and exterior of the window can be increased.
본 발명은 창호틀과 창틀 사이에 힌지구조를 가지도록 설치되는 경첩의 구조와 상기 경첩이 창문프레임과 창틀에 결합되는 구조에 관한 것으로서, 창호틀에 유리가 설치된 창틀이 경첩에 의해 수직방향으로 개폐되는 여닫이 창호의 설치구조로서, 상기 창호틀은, 사각관 형상을 가지면서 실내측에 위치하는 틀기둥프레임과, 틀기둥프레임의 외면에서 연장되어 실외측에 위치하는 판상의 확장판으로 이루어져 내측으로 틀기둥프레임과 확장판 사이에 제1단차부가 형성되고, 틀기둥프레임과 확장판의 각 외면에 건축물의 벽체 또는 기둥이 설치되며, 상기 창틀은, 사각관 형상을 가지면서 실내측에 위치하는 창기둥프레임과, 판상의 형상을 가지면서 확장판에 대응하여 실외측에 위치하는 수평연결판 및 창기둥프레임과 수평연결판을 연결하는 수직연결판으로 이루어져 제1단차부에 대응하는 제2단차부가 형성되고, 유리의 단부는 수평연결판의 외면에 설치되며, 상기 경첩은, 창호틀과 결합되는 틀고정판과, 창틀과 결합되는 창고정판으로 이루어지되, 상기 틀고정판과 창고정판은, 프레임고정편과, 외측단에 회동편이 구비된 수평접편 및, 프레임고정편과 수평접편을 연결하는 수직접편으로 각각 이루어져, 건축물의 외면에서는 적어도 창틀이 유리의 내부측으로 감춰지는 비노출되는 구조를 가지게 하여 창호의 유지관리성, 경제성 및, 외관의 향상을 도모할 수 있게 한다.

The present invention relates to the structure of a hinge installed to have a hinge structure between a window sash and a window frame, and a structure in which the hinge is coupled to the window sash and the window frame. In the installation structure of a hinged window sash, a window sash having glass is vertically opened and closed by a hinge with respect to a window frame. The window sash includes: a frame column frame having a rectangular tube shape and located on an indoor side; and a plate-shaped extension plate extending from the outer surface of the frame column frame, and located on an outdoor side. A first step portion is formed between the frame column frame and the extension plate on an inner side thereof, and the wall or column of a building is installed on the respective outer surfaces of the frame column frame and the extension plate. The window frame includes: a window column frame having a rectangular tube shape, and located on an indoor side; a horizontal connecting plate having a plate shape, and located on an outdoor side to correspond to the extension plate; and a vertical connecting plate for connecting the window column frame to the horizontal connecting plate. A second step portion corresponding to the first step portion is formed, and an end of the glass is installed on the outer surface of the horizontal connecting plate. The hinge includes: a frame fixing plate coupled to the window sash; and a window fixing plate coupled to the window frame. The frame fixing plate and the window fixing plate each include: a frame fixing piece; a horizontally folding piece having a rotating piece at an outer end thereof; and a vertical folding piece for connecting the frame fixing piece to the horizontal folding piece. From the outside of the building, at least the window frame is not exposed to an inner side of the glass, and thus the maintenance, economic efficiency, and exterior of the window can be increased.
