GROUND HOLE GUIDE MEMBER FOR RETAINING WALL
The present invention relates to a ground drilling guide member for forming a retaining wall, capable of guiding an auger screw of a drilling machine drilling a hole into the ground to form a retaining wall, in a vertically straight form. According to the present invention, the guide member, which guides an auger screw of a drilling machine vertically into the ground to form a retaining wall, includes: a plurality of guide pipes arranged on the ground to guide the vertical drilling of the auger screw; a welding plate interposed between the outer circumferences of adjacent guide pipes to be joined by welding; and a balance beam placed on the ground to be contactable so as to maintain balance while connecting the plurality of guide pipes joined with the welding plate. Therefore, the present invention can drill a hole in an accurate position on the ground by keeping an auger screw of a drilling machine straight through the guide pipes, can enable vertically straight ground drilling even in a narrow site through a small drilling machine, can improve the convenience of transportation by transporting a guide pipe, a welding plate and a balance beam in a separated state, and can enable each component transported to a site to be properly adjusted and assembled depending on situations or scale in the site, thereby bringing about a very beneficial effect leading to excellent workability.
본 발명은 흙막이벽체를 조성하기 위해 지반을 천공하는 천공기의 오거스크류를 수직으로 반듯하게 가이드할 수 있는 흙막이벽체 조성용 지반 천공 가이드부재에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 흙막이 벽체를 조성하기 위해 천공기의 오거스크류를 지반에 수직으로 안내하는 가이드부재에 있어서, 상기 오거스크류의 수직 천공을 안내하도록 지반에 정렬되는 복수의 가이드관; 연접된 상기 가이드관의 외경 사이에 각각 개재되어 웰딩으로 접합되는 웰딩플레이트; 상기 웰딩플레이트로 접합된 상기 복수의 가이드관을 연결하면서 밸런스를 유지하도록 지반에 접지 가능하게 배치되는 밸런스빔;을 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 가이드관에 의해 천공기의 오거스크류를 반듯하게 유지하여 정확한 위치에 지반 천공을 할 수 있고, 소형 천공기를 이용하여 좁은 현장에서도 지반 천공을 수직으로 반듯하게 할 수 있으며, 가이드관과 웰딩플레이트 및 밸런스빔을 분리된 상태로 운반하여 운반의 편의성을 향상시키고, 현장으로 운방된 각 구성요소를 현장 상황이나 규모에 따라 적절히 조절하여 조립할 수 있으므로 우수한 작업성을 기대할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a ground drilling guide member for forming a retaining wall, capable of guiding an auger screw of a drilling machine drilling a hole into the ground to form a retaining wall, in a vertically straight form. 본 발명은 흙막이벽체를 조성하기 위해 지반을 천공하는 천공기의 오거스크류를 수직으로 반듯하게 가이드할 수 있는 흙막이벽체 조성용 지반 천공 가이드부재에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 흙막이 벽체를 조성하기 위해 천공기의 오거스크류를 지반에 수직으로 안내하는 가이드부재에 있어서, 상기 오거스크류의 수직 천공을 안내하도록 지반에 정렬되는 복수의 가이드관; 연접된 상기 가이드관의 외경 사이에 각각 개재되어 웰딩으로 접합되는 웰딩플레이트; 상기 웰딩플레이트로 접합된 상기 복수의 가이드관을 연결하면서 밸런스를 유지하도록 지반에 접지 가능하게 배치되는 밸런스빔;을 포함하는 것을 기술사상으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 가이드관에 의해 천공기의 오거스크류를 반듯하게 유지하여 정확한 위치에 지반 천공을 할 수 있고, 소형 천공기를 이용하여 좁은 현장에서도 지반 천공을 수직으로 반듯하게 할 수 있으며, 가이드관과 웰딩플레이트 및 밸런스빔을 분리된 상태로 운반하여 운반의 편의성을 향상시키고, 현장으로 운방된 각 구성요소를 현장 상황이나 규모에 따라 적절히 조절하여 조립할 수 있으므로 우수한 작업성을 기대할 수 있는 매우 유용한 효과가 있다.
