Lightweight Aerated Concret Block
The present invention relates to a lightweight aerated concrete block composed of components including cement, pozzolan, dolomite, short fibers, and a foaming agent, and more specifically, to a lightweight aerated concrete block which is lightweight and excellent in strength by strengthening the bonding force between each of the components. The lightweight aerated concrete block according to the present invention allows the short fibers to uniformly disperse powder particles while binding, thereby having excellent intensity and uniformly forming pores; and allows cellulose and lignin components to improve intensity of concrete block, so that it is possible to manufacture a lightweight and strong lightweight aerated concrete block.
본 발명은 시멘트, 포졸란, 백운석, 단섬유 및 기포제를 포함하는 성분들로 구성되고, 각 성분들 간의 결속력을 강화하여 경량이면서 강도가 우수한 경량 기포 콘크리트 블록에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 경량 기포 콘크리트 블록은 단섬유가 분말 입자들을 결속하면서 균일하게 분산시켜 강도가 우수하고 기공이 균일하게 형성되도록 하며, 셀룰로오스, 리그닌 성분이 콘크리트 블록의 강도를 좀 더 향상시키므로 가벼우면서 견고한 경량 기포 콘크리트 블록을 제조할 수 있다.
