The present invention provides an automatic opening and closing device of a hinged window, which has a simple structure of opening and closing a hinged window having a smoke window, is easily installed, does not affect opening and closing of the window even strong wind blows in upper floors, and is not shaken while the window is opened, and has an operation cylinder between a window frame and the window to enable the cylinder to act as an impact absorber and enable length of a piston rod to be varied to use the same size opening and closing device regardless of a size of the window and freely control an opening angle of the window.
본 발명은, 배연창을 포함한 여닫이 창문을 열고 닫는 개폐장치의 구조가 간단하고 설치가 간단하며, 고층에서 강풍이 불더라도 창문의 개폐에 영향이 없을 뿐만 아니라 창문이 개방된 상태에서 흔들리지 않으며, 창틀과 창문 사이에 작동실린더를 장착하여 실린더가 충격흡수기로서의 기능은 물론 피스톤롯드의 길이가 가변(可變)할 수 있어서 창문의 크기에 상관없이 동일한 크기의 개폐장치를 사용할 수 있고 창문의 개방 각도도 자유롭게 조절할 수 있는, 여닫이 창문의 자동 개폐장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
