Flame retardant structure reinforcement that combines Basalt Fiber fiber and high strength fiber
The present invention relates to a flame retardant material for reinforcing a concrete structure combined with basalt extracted fiber and high strength fiber, which mainly comprises a reinforced fiber yarn (10), a basalt extracted yarn (20), and a fastening means (30) to replace existing glass fiber having relatively low structural performance (tensile strength) with basalt extracted fiber to increase the structural performance of a fiber reinforcement material to improve reinforcement strength of a structure and effectively prevent degradation of durability of a reinforcement material itself, which is caused by an external environment.
본 발명은 현무암 추출사 섬유와 고강도 섬유를 복합한 콘크리트 구조물 보강용 난연재에 관련되며, 이는 상대적으로 낮은 구조적 성능(인장강도)을 지닌 기존 유리섬유를 현무암 추출사로 대체하여 섬유 보강재의 구조적 성능을 증진시켜 구조물 보강 강도 향상과 더불어 외부환경에 의한 보강재 자체의 내구성 저하현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 보강섬유사(10), 현무암 추출사(20), 결속수단(30)을 주요 구성으로 한다.
