CONNECTOR DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONNECTING PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURES
Disclosed are a precast concrete structure joining device and a construction method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a joining device for joining a first rebar (100) embedded in a first structure (10) with a second rebar (200) embedded in a second structure (20). According to one embodiment of the present invention, the joining device includes: a coupler (140) having one side coupled with an end of the first rebar (100) and having the other side where a storage part is formed; a sleeve (400) formed such that a storage space (460) opened to one side is formed therein and the other side is coupled with an end of the second rebar (200); and an insertion member (300) stored in the storage space (460) of the sleeve (400), and formed such that one end is moved in one direction relative to the sleeve (400) to be inserted into the storage part of the coupler (140). A hardening substance can be injected into the storage space (460) of the sleeve (400).
프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물을 접합하기 위한 접합장치 및 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 제1 구조물(10)에 매립된 제1 철근(100)과 제2 구조물(20)에 매립된 제2 철근(200)을 접합하기 위한 접합장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 접합장치는, 일측은 상기 제1 철근(100)의 단부에 결합되고 타측에는 수용부가 형성된 커플러(140); 내부에는 일측으로 개방된 수용공간(460)이 형성되고 타측은 상기 제2 철근(200)의 단부에 결합되도록 구성된 슬리브(400); 및 상기 슬리브(400)의 상기 수용공간(460)에 수용되고, 일측 단부는 상기 슬리브(400)에 대하여 상대적으로 일측 방향으로 이동하여 상기 커플러(140)의 상기 수용부에 삽입되도록 구성된 삽입부재(300);를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 슬리브(400)의 수용공간(460)에는 경화성 물질이 주입될 수 있다.
