Roller movable insulated lift arm for indirect live wire and non-power-failure power distribution method
The present invention relates to a lift arm for safely transferring wires during indirect live wire work in a distribution line in a live wire state and, more particularly, to a roller movable insulated lift arm for an indirect live wire, and an indirect live wire uninterruptible method using the same, wherein the roller movable insulated lift arm for an indirect live wire has a horizontal movable bar, having a movable roller unit moving horizontally on an upper end of an insulating pipe, formed to protrude from both sides, can be mounted on a winch of equipment for high-altitude work by using the insulating pipe, and can be moved up and down. Particularly, free movement is enabled by the equipment for high-altitude work to enable wire transfer work through the indirect live wire work in a wide range of locations within the distribution line, and, accordingly, the safe indirect live wire work such as change of pole, new pole replacement, replacement of electric pole, and replacement of wrought iron is enabled. In addition, in a state where a safety distance is secured in accordance with movement of the movable roller unit which is mounted on the horizontal movable bar and can restrain the wire, the indirect live wire work is enabled.
본 발명은 활선상태의 배전선로에서 간접 활선 작업중 전선을 안전하게 이선 시키기 위한 리프트 암에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 절연파이프의 상단에 수평 이동되는 이동롤러 유닛을 갖는 수평 이동바가 양측으로 돌출 형성되게 하고, 절연파이프를 이용하여 고소작업용 장비의 윈치에 장착 및 상하 승강 작동이 가능하게 하며, 특히 고소작업용 장비에 의해 자유로운 이동이 가능하게 함으로써, 배전선로 내 광범위한 위치에서 간접 활선작업으로 전선 이선 작업이 가능하게 하며, 이에 따른 장주 변경, 할입주 신설, 전주 교체, 완철교체 등의 안전한 간접 활선작업이 가능하게 하며, 또한, 수평 이동바에 장착되어 전선의 구속이 가능한 이동롤러 유닛의 이동에 따른 안전거리가 확보된 상태에서 간접 활선작업이 가능하게 하기 위한 간접 활선용 롤러 이동식 절연 리프트 암 및 이를 이용한 간접활선 무정전 공법에 관한 것이다.
