Deck Device and Fixing Clip
A deck device for facilitating easier construction and repair by making a deck material installed and detached easily comprises: a base frame; a deck material installed on an upper part of the base frame, and having a fitting groove formed on one end surface thereof and a locking groove formed on the other end surface thereof; and a fixing clip for fixing the deck material to the base frame. The fixing clip includes: a bottom part fixed to the base frame, and having a plurality of fastening holes; a first vertical part formed at one end of the bottom part to be bent in a vertical direction, and having, at an upper end, a fixing piece bent inward to be fitted into the fitting groove; and a second vertical part formed on the other end of the bottom part to be bent in a vertical direction, and having, both sides of an upper end thereof, a pair of locking protrusions convexly protruding inward to be fitted into the locking groove.
데크재의 설치 및 탈착이 용이하게 이루어져 시공 및 보수를 용이하도록, 베이스프레임과, 베이스프레임의 상부에 설치되며, 일측 끝면에 끼움홈이 형성되고 타측 끝면에 걸림홈이 형성되는 데크재와, 데크재를 상기 베이스프레임에 고정시키기 위한 고정클립을 포함하며, 고정클립은 베이스프레임에 고정되도록 복수의 체결공이 형성되는 바닥부와, 바닥부의 일측 단부에 수직 방향으로 굽어져 형성되고 상부 끝부분에는 내측을 향해 굽어져서 끼움홈의 내부에 끼움결합되는 고정편이 형성된 제1수직부와, 바닥부의 타측 단부에 수직 방향으로 굽어져 형성되고 상부 끝부분 양측에는 내측을 향해 볼록하게 돌출되어 걸림홈의 내부에 끼워지는 한 쌍의 걸림돌기가 형성된 제2수직부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
