Fire spread preventing system of building
The present invention provides a fire spreading prevention system of a high-rise building which can quickly discharge smoke to the outside. The fire spreading prevention system of a high-rise building comprises: an arrangement groove unit formed along the edge of an indoor window formed on a building; a screen body of a rectangular frame shape arranged on the arrangement groove unit; a rotating unit which rotates the screen body on the upper end of the arrangement groove unit; a screen unit which is installed on the screen body, and spreads a screen member made of a flame-retardant and heat-resistant material to cover an opening of the screen member; a fire detection unit which detects a fire occurrence in the indoor space; and a control unit which uses the rotating unit to rotate the screen body to form a right angle with the window when a fire is detected from the fire detection unit, and uses the screen unit to spread the screen member.
본 발명은 초고층 빌딩의 화재 확산 방지 시스템을 제공한다. 상기 초고층 빌딩의 화재 확산 방지 시스템은 빌딩에 형성된 실내 창호의 테두리를 따라 형성된 배치홈 부; 상기 배치홈 부에 배치되는 사각 틀 형상의 스크린 본체; 상기 배치홈 부의 상단에서 상기 스크린 본체를 회전시키는 회전부; 상기 스크린 본체에 설치되며, 난연 및 내열성 재질로 형성되는 스크린 부재를 상기 스크린 부재의 개구를 커버하도록 펼치는 스크린 부; 상기 실내에서의 화재 발생을 감지하는 화재 감지부; 및, 상기 화재 감지부로부터 화재가 감지되면, 상기 회전부를 사용하여 상기 스크린 본체가 상기 창호과 직교를 이루도록 상방으로 회전시키고, 상기 스크린 부를 사용하여 상기 스크린 부재를 펼치는 제어부; 를 포함한다.
