HYDRAULIC IMPACT PILE DRIVER FOR EXCAVATOR
The present invention relates to a hydraulic impact pile driver of an excavator, comprising: a breaker body generating a reciprocating driving force; a fixed housing mounted to the breaker body; a rotary housing coupled to the fixed housing to be able to rotate; a rotation driving unit angularly rotating the rotary housing; a gripper mounted on the rotary housing to grip or release the pile; and a striking chisel coupled to the breaker body for penetrating the fixed housing and the rotary housing to apply a repetitive striking force to the pile by the reciprocating driving force of the breaker body. The present invention not only has the function of crushing a rock bed, a concrete structure, etc., but also impacts and installs the pile on the ground, has a simple configuration and reduces manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 유압식 타격 파일드라이버에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 왕복 구동력을 발생시키는 브레이커 본체; 상기 브레이커 본체에 장착되는 고정하우징; 상기 고정하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전하우징; 상기 회전하우징을 각회전시키는 회전구동유닛; 상기 회전하우징에 장착되어 파일를 파지하거나 파지를 해제하는 그리퍼; 상기 고정하우징 및 회전하우징을 관통하도록 상기 브레이커 본체에 결합되어 브레이커 본체의 왕복 구동력에 의해 상기 파일에 반복적인 타격력을 가하는 타격치즐을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 암반, 콘크리트구조물 등을 파쇄하는 기능 뿐만 아니라 파일을 지반에 직타하여 설치하고, 구성이 간단하고 제작단가가 저렴하다.
