ASSEMBLY BEAM DECK PLATE
According to the present invention, an assembly beam deck plate comprises: a deck panel for forming therein a pouring space for pouring concrete; and a plurality of stirrups continuously arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pouring space formed by the deck panel, and coupled to the inner surface of the deck panel. The deck panel includes: a side plate in which side plate units having, at upper and lower ends, first upper ribs and first lower ribs vertically bent inward of the pouring space are continuously arranged, and the first upper ribs and the first lower ribs of the side plate units adjacent to each other are coupled to each other to overlap each other so that both the side surfaces of the pouring space are formed; and an edge plate which has, at upper and lower ends, second upper ribs and second lower ribs vertically bent inward of the pouring space, of which the side surfaces are vertically bent, and in which the second upper ribs are coupled to the first lower ribs of the side plate positioned on both side surfaces of the pouring space to overlap each other, and the second lower ribs facing each other are coupled thereto to overlap each other so that the edge and lower surfaces of the pouring space are formed.
본 발명에 따른 조립형 보 데크플레이트는, 내부에 콘크리트가 타설되는 타설공간이 형성되도록 하는 데크패널 및 상기 데크패널에 의해 형성된 타설공간의 길이 방향을 따라 상호 이격되도록 연속 배치되며, 상기 데크패널의 내측면에 결합되는 복수의 스터럽을 포함하고, 상기 데크패널은 상단 및 하단에 상기 타설공간 내측 방향으로 수직 절곡되는 제1상부리브 및 제1하부리브를 갖는 측판유닛이 연속 배치되고, 상호 이웃하는 상기 측판유닛의 상기 제1상부리브 및 제1하부리브가 겹쳐지도록 결합되어 상기 타설공간의 양 측면을 이루는 측판 및 상단 및 하단에 상기 타설공간 내측 방향으로 수직 절곡되는 제2상부리브 및 제2하부리브를 갖고, 일측면이 수직으로 절곡되며, 상기 타설공간의 양 측면에 위치하는 상기 측판의 제1하부리브에 상기 제2상부리브가 각각 겹쳐지도록 결합되고, 마주하는 각각의 상기 제2하부리브가 겹쳐지도록 결합되어 상기 타설공간의 모서리면 및 하면을 이루는 모서리판을 포함한다.

본 발명에 따른 조립형 보 데크플레이트는, 내부에 콘크리트가 타설되는 타설공간이 형성되도록 하는 데크패널 및 상기 데크패널에 의해 형성된 타설공간의 길이 방향을 따라 상호 이격되도록 연속 배치되며, 상기 데크패널의 내측면에 결합되는 복수의 스터럽을 포함하고, 상기 데크패널은 상단 및 하단에 상기 타설공간 내측 방향으로 수직 절곡되는 제1상부리브 및 제1하부리브를 갖는 측판유닛이 연속 배치되고, 상호 이웃하는 상기 측판유닛의 상기 제1상부리브 및 제1하부리브가 겹쳐지도록 결합되어 상기 타설공간의 양 측면을 이루는 측판 및 상단 및 하단에 상기 타설공간 내측 방향으로 수직 절곡되는 제2상부리브 및 제2하부리브를 갖고, 일측면이 수직으로 절곡되며, 상기 타설공간의 양 측면에 위치하는 상기 측판의 제1하부리브에 상기 제2상부리브가 각각 겹쳐지도록 결합되고, 마주하는 각각의 상기 제2하부리브가 겹쳐지도록 결합되어 상기 타설공간의 모서리면 및 하면을 이루는 모서리판을 포함한다.
