The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating food waste, which comprises a food waste crusher, a microorganism treating machine, and a crushed waste separator. The crushed waste separator includes: a plurality of cleaning blades which rotate while being in close contact with a lower surface of a filter net and a floor surface of a lower case, and discharge the residue of solid remaining on the lower surface of the filter net and the floor surface of the lower case through a solid outlet into a microorganism treating machine; and a net cleaning module which rotates along with a blade module with the filter net in between, and is placed on the lower case to be rotatable. Accordingly, the present invention is able to prevent solid residue from being loaded in the apparatus, to actively drain moisture introduced into the apparatus, to prevent the clogging due to solid residue remaining in the apparatus, to reduce a disorder of the apparatus, to prevent the generation of odor, and to be pleasantly used hygienically.
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와 미생물 처리기와 분쇄물 분리기를 포함하는 음식물 쓰레기 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 분쇄물 분리기는, 거름망의 하부 표면과 하부 케이스의 바닥면에 밀착된 상태에서 회전하여 거름망의 하부 표면과 하부 케이스의 바닥면에 잔존하는 고형분의 찌꺼기를 고형분 배출구를 통해 미생물 처리기로 배출시키는 복수의 청소 블레이드를 가지며, 거름망을 사이에 두고 블레이드 모듈과 동기되어 회전하며 하부 케이스에 회전가능하게 마련되는 망 청소 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 장치 내에 고형분 찌꺼기가 적체되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 장치로 유입된 수분을 원활하게 배수시키며, 장치 내에 잔존하는 고형분 찌꺼기로 인한 막힘을 방지하여 장치의 고장을 줄이고, 악취 발생을 방지하며, 위생적으로 쾌적하게 사용할 수 있다.
