Modular building that can be fastened indoors
Disclosed is a modular building capable of being fastened indoors. The modular building capable of being fastened indoors, according to the present invention, comprises: a first modular building unit having a first modular frame forming a framework, and a first modular ceiling plate installed inside the first modular frame; a second modular building unit having a second modular frame forming a framework, and a second modular ceiling plate installed inside the second modular frame, wherein the second modular building unit is stacked on an upper portion of the first modular building unit; a fastening unit including a first fastening plate coupled to an upper end portion of a vertical frame of the first modular frame, and a second fastening plate coupled to a lower end portion of a vertical frame of the second modular frame to be in contact with the first fastening plate of the first modular frame; and an inspection sphere type curtain box having one end rotatably coupled to the first modular frame and the other end coupled to the first modular ceiling plate in order to perform a fastening operation for the fastening unit inside the first modular building unit.
실내에서 체결 가능한 모듈러 건축물이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 실내에서 체결 가능한 모듈러 건축물은, 골조를 이루는 제1 모듈러 프레임과, 제1 모듈러 프레임의 내부에 설치되는 제1 모듈러 천장판을 구비하는 제1 모듈러 건축유닛 ; 골조를 이루는 제2 모듈러 프레임과, 제2 모듈러 프레임의 내부에 설치되는 제2 모듈러 천장판을 구비하여, 제1 모듈러 건축유닛의 상부에 적층되는 제2 모듈러 건축유닛; 제1 모듈러 프레임의 세로프레임의 상단부에 결합되는 제1 체결판과, 제2 모듈러 프레임의 세로프레임 하단부에 결합되어 제1 모듈러 프레임의 제1 체결판과 접하는 제2 체결판을 포함하는 체결유닛; 및 체결유닛에 대한 체결 작업을 제1 모듈러 건축유닛 내부에서 수행하기 위하여 일단부가 제1 모듈러 프레임에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 타단부가 상기 제1 모듈러 천정판에 결합되는 점검구형 커튼 박스를 포함한다.
