본 발명에 의한 내진 방음벽은, 상호 평행하게 배열되는 상판 및 하판과, 상기 상판과 하판을 연결하는 연결판을 구비하는 지주; 상기 상판 및 하판과 평행한 수평부와, 상기 수평부와 직각을 이루도록 세워지는 수직부를 구비하는 장착브라켓; 상기 체결브라켓의 장착 높이가 조절 가능한 구조로 상기 수평부를 상기 하판에 결합시키는 체결수단; 플레이트 형상으로 제작되어, 가장자리 부위가 상기 상판과 상기 수평부 사이에 삽입되는 방음판; 상기 수직부와 상기 방음판 끝단 사이에 장착되어 상기 방음판을 탄성적으로 가압하는 수평탄성체;를 포함하여 구성된다.
