Method for manufacturing flame retardant fiber board using wood fiber
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flame retardant fiberboard using a wood fiber, the method comprising: a step of processing a wood chip for woody ingredients (S110); a step of mixing an internal flame retardant and an adhesive in the processed woody ingredients (S120); a step of compressing a mixed mixture to form the same in a plate shape (S130); a step of pressurizing a compressed molded product at high temperature and hardening the same to manufacture a fiberboard (S140); a step of applying an external flame retardant on a surface of the fiberboard (S150); and a step of drying the fiberboard (S160). The step of processing a wood chip (S110) includes a step of pressurizing and heating the wood chip for a digester, and a refiner step of making the wood fiber by using the digester chip. The present invention can manufacture a flame retardant board having an excellent performance.
본 발명은 목재 칩(wood chip)을 가공하여 목질재료화하는 단계(S110)와, 상기 가공된 목질재료에 내부난연제와 접착제를 혼합하는 단계(S120)와, 상기 혼합한 혼합물을 압축하여 판상으로 성형하는 단계(S130)와, 상기 압축 성형한 성형물을 고온ㅇ가압하여 경화시키는 단계(S140)를 거쳐 섬유판을 제조하고, 상기 섬유판의 표면에 외부난연제를 도포하는 단계(S150)와, 상기 섬유판을 건조하는 단계(S160)를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 목재 칩 가공 단계(S110)는, 상기 목재 칩을 가압 가열하여 증해(digester)하는 단계와, 상기 증해된 칩을 목재 섬유(wood fiber)화하는 리파이너(refiner) 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 목섬유를 이용한 난연 섬유판의 제조방법이 제공된다.
