The present invention relates to a urethane panel for a prefabricated wooden building and a method of forming a roof or a wall using the same. A wooden unit panel for the prefabricated wooden building comprises an external frame including: an upper bar and a lower bar which are parallelly placed; a pair of long side structure bars connecting the long sides of the upper bar and the lower bar, being parallelly placed; and one pair of short side structure bars connecting an end side of the upper bar and the lower bar, in which one side is formed as a groove and the other side is formed as a bump. The inside of the external frame is filled with urethane foam. According to the present invention, the urethane panel for the prefabricated wooden building is able to control the temperature and humidity of the inside through the urethane placed in an insulation panel, to prevent the dew condensation of a roof and a wall and the freezing of external finish materials, to engage the grooves and the bumps on both sides of the panel, and to secure structural stability and insulation of the connection unit.
본 발명은 조립식 목조 건축물용 우레탄 패널 및 이를 이용한 지붕 또는 벽체 형성방법에 관한 것으로, 조립식 목조 건축물용 목재 단위패널에 있어서, 조립식 목조 건축물용 목재 단위패널에 있어서, 서로 평행하게 배치되는 상, 하부 바; 상기 상, 하부 바의 장측 사이드(side)를 연결하며 서로 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 장측 사이드 구조체 바; 및 상기 상, 하부 바의 단측 사이드를 연결하며 일측은 홈으로 형성되고 다른측은 돌기로 형성되는 한 쌍의 단측 사이드 구조체 바의 조합으로 구성되는 외곽틀로 구성되고, 상기 외곽틀 내부가 우레탄 폼으로 충진된 것을 특징으로 하는 조본 발명의 조립식 목조 건축물용 우레탄 패널은 단열패널의 내부에 구비된 우레탄을 통해 내부의 온도와 습도를 조절하여 주택 지붕 및 벽체의 결로와 외부 마감재의 동해를 방지할 수 있으며, 패널 양측의 홈과 돌기의 결합으로 구조적 안정성 및 연결부 단열성이 확보될 수 있는 이점이 있다.
