TIRE KILLER TYPE VEHICLE ENTRY BLOCKING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a tire killer-type vehicle entry blocking apparatus capable of selectively allowing only a permitted vehicle to enter through vehicle recognition while leading a tire puncture blade to substantially and stably work to make a puncture on a tire of an unpermitted vehicle. The tire killer-type vehicle entry blocking apparatus includes: a housing comprising a body buried in the ground, and an upper cover having a plurality of inlets while covering an open upper side of the body; a puncture assembly including a driving shaft installed to be rotatable by receiving a driving force in a storage space of the housing body, and a puncture blade extended from a shaft coupling member coupled concentrically with the driving shaft to be rotated at the same time as the rotation of the driving shaft so as to be inserted and concealed while laid down in the storage space of the housing body in the case of forward rotation, and to be withdrawn while projected by being stood in an inclined position toward the front through the inlets of the housing cover in the case of backward rotation to make a puncture on a tire of an entering vehicle; an actuator providing a driving force such that the driving shaft of the puncture assembly can be rotated; a vehicle sensing sensor sensing the entering vehicle in front; and a controller determining whether the vehicle sensed by the sensing sensor is permitted, and then, if the vehicle is not permitted, controlling the operation of the actuator such that the puncture blade of the puncture assembly can be projected to the outside of an upper part of the housing cover.
본 발명은 타이어 킬러 타입 차량진입 차단장치에 관한 것으로, 차량 인식을 통하여 허가된 차량에 대해서만 선택적으로 진입하도록 허용하면서 허가받지 않은 차량에 대해서는 타이어 펑크 날이 견고하고 안정적으로 작용하여 펑크낼 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 지반에 매설된 본체와, 본체의 개방된 상면을 덮으며 다수의 인입공이 형성된 상면 커버로 이루어진 하우징; 하우징 본체의 수용공간에서 구동력을 제공받아 회전 가능하도록 설치된 구동축과, 구동축과 동심축으로 결합된 축결합부재로부터 연장되어 구동축이 회전할 때 함께 회전하면서 전방 회전 시에는 하우징 본체의 수용공간에 눕혀진 상태로 인입되어 은폐되고, 후방 회전 시에는 하우징 커버의 출입공을 통해 전방을 향해 경사지게 세워져 돌출된 상태로 인출되어 진입 차량의 타이어를 펑크내는 펑크 날을 구비한 펑크 어셈블리; 펑크 어셈블리의 구동축이 회전하도록 구동력을 제공하는 액추에이터; 전방에서 진입하는 차량을 감지하는 차량 감지센서; 및 감지센서가 감지한 차량에 대하여 진입이 허가된 차량인지 여부를 판단하여 진입이 허가된 차량이 아닌 경우 펑크 어셈블리의 펑크 날이 하우징 커버의 상측 외부로 돌출되도록 액추에이터의 동작을 제어하는 제어기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
