Floor finishing construction method using steel fiber reinforced concrete and dry-shake
Disclosed is a floor finishing construction method using steel fiber reinforced concrete and dry shake, capable of constructing a floor having high strength and excellent smoothness by applying a dry shake on the steel fiber reinforced concrete using concrete containing steel fibers during floor finishing construction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floor finishing construction method using steel fiber reinforced concrete and dry shake may comprise the steps of: (a) cleaning a bottom surface, then installing a welded wire mesh; (b) mixing steel fiber with concrete and then pouring the mixed steel fiber concrete on the bottom surface; (c) cleaning the surface of the poured steel fiber mixed concrete; and (d) pouring a dry shake on the cleaned concrete surface.
바닥 마감 시공시 강섬유를 포함하는 콘크리트를 사용하여 상기 강성유 보강 콘크리트 상에 드라이쉐이크를 적용하여 높은 강도를 가지면서도 평활도가 우수한 바닥을 시공할 수 있는 강섬유 보강 콘크리트 및 드라이쉐이크를 이용한 바닥 마감 시공방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 강섬유 보강 콘크리트 및 드라이쉐이크를 이용한 바닥 마감 시공방법은 (a) 바닥면을 정리한 다음, 용접 철망을 설치하는 단계; (b) 콘크리트에 강섬유를 혼합한 다음 상기 바닥면에 타설하는 단계; (c) 상기 타설된 강섬유 혼합 콘크리트의 표면을 정리하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 정리된 콘크리트 표면에 드라이쉐이크를 타설하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
