Environment-friendly multipurpose fluidized soil composition
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly multipurpose fluidized soil composition using on-site soil, which is environmentally friendly without risk of environmental pollution because it induces a pozzolanic reaction without using cement to maximize the utilization rate of on-site excavated soil and express high strength by increasing the performance of a solidifying agent to express the strength of fluidized soil only by using the solidifying agent without adding a mixture so as to be used for multiple purposes construction or the like requiring durability such as reinforcing the foundation of a structure or filling the lower cavity of a building or structure. The environmentally friendly multipurpose fluidized soil composition using on-site soil according to the present invention includes: 20 to 40 parts by weight of a solidifying agent; 60 to 80 parts by weight of on-site soil; and 20 to 40 parts by weight of water, wherein the solidifying agent includes: 20 to 60 parts by weight of fine powder of blast furnace slag; 4 to 10 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 2 to 6 parts by weight of alumina cement; 5 to 10 parts by weight of boiler ash; 5 to 10 parts by weight of anhydrite; 5 to 15 parts by weight of slaked lime; 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of sodium gluconate; and 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of sodium sulfate.
본 발명은 시멘트를 사용하지 않고 포졸란 반응을 유도하기 때문에 환경오염의 우려가 없고 친환경적이며, 고화제의 성능을 높여 혼합재 첨가 없이 고화제 사용만으로도 유동화토의 강도발현이 가능하도록 하여 현장 굴착토의 활용율을 극대화할 수 있고, 고강도를 발현할 수 있도록 하여 구조물의 기초보강이나 건물이나 구조물의 하부공동 채움 등 내구성을 요하는 시공 등 다용도로 사용할 수 있는 현장토를 사용하는 친환경성 다용도 유동화토 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 현장토를 사용하는 친환경성 다용도 유동화토 조성물은 고화제 20~40중량부와; 현장토 60~80중량부와; 물 20~40중량부;를 포함하며, 상기 고화제는 고로슬래그 미분말 20~60중량부와, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 4~10중량부와, 알루미나시멘트 2~6중량부와, 보일러 애쉬 5~10중량부와, 무수석고 5~10중량부와, 소석회 5~15중량부와, 글루콘산소다 0.1~0.5중량부와, 황산 나트륨 0.1~0.5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
