Tilting type explosion-proof electric pipe
The present invention relates to a tiltable explosion-proof electric pipe capable of enabling safe work on the ground by applying a tilting ability to an industrial plant or the like in an explosion risk area requiring high-place work. The tiltable explosion-proof electric pipe includes: a first support pipe (10) fixed on the ground; a second support pipe (20) with an electric product (30) mounted on the top; and a tilting part (100) connecting the first support pipe (10) with the second support pipe (20) to be rotatable. Thus, in an installed state, the first support pipe (10) and the second support pipe (20) are erected straightly to support the electric product (30) mounted on the top, and, in case of maintenance, the second support pipe (20) is tilted downward to enable the electric product (30) to be repaired on the ground. The tilting part (100) can comprise a tilting lower part (100a) fixed to the top of the first support pipe at an inclination of 30-60°; a tilting upper part (100b) fixed to the bottom of the second support pipe at an inclination of 30~60°; and a coupling means (100c) for coupling the tiling lower part (100a) with the tilting upper part (100b).
본 발명은 고소 작업이 요구되는 폭발위험지역의 산업 플랜트 등에서 틸팅방식을 적용하여 지상에서 안전하게 작업을 할 수 있도록 하는 틸팅방식의 방폭형 전기배관에 관한 것이다. 개시된 틸팅방식의 방폭형 전기배관은 지상에 고정 설치되는 제 1 지지관(10)과, 상단에 전기제품(30)이 장착된 제 2 지지관(20)과, 제 1 지지관(10)과 제 2 지지관(20)을 회동 가능하게 연결하는 틸팅부(100)를 포함하여 설치 상태에서는 제 1 지지관(10)과 제 2 지지관(20)이 일직선으로 세워져 상단에 장착된 전기제품을 지지하게 하고, 유지보수시에는 제 2 지지관(20)을 하방으로 틸팅시켜 지상에서 전기제품(30)을 수리할 수 있도록 된 것이다. 틸팅부(100)는 제 1 지지관의 상단에 30~60°의 기울기로 고정되는 틸팅 하부(100a)와, 제 2 지지관의 하단에 30~60°의 기울기로 고정되는 틸팅 상부(100b)와, 틸팅 하부(100a)와 틸팅 상부(100b)를 체결하기 위한 체결수단(100c)으로 구성될 수 있다.
