SPRAY APPARATUS OF TACK-COATING AND TACK-COATING SPRAY METHOD THEREOF
A tack-coat spraying device of the present invention comprises a moving bogie (20), and a spraying device (10) coupled to the moving bogie (20). The spraying device (10) includes a tack-coat spraying device (100) for spraying tack-coat (A), and a curing agent spraying device (200) for spraying a curing agent (B) for curing the tack-coat (A). The tack-coat spraying device (100) includes: a tack-coat receiving unit (110); a tack-coat (A) moving pipe (120) connected to the tack-coat receiving unit (110); a spraying pipe (130) coupled to the rear end of the moving pipe (120); a plurality of ejection portions (133) coupled with each other at intervals in a longitudinal direction of the spraying pipe (130); a spraying pump (310) coupled to the moving pipe (120); and a flow meter (320) coupled to the moving pipe (120). The curing agent spraying device (200) includes: a curing agent receiving unit (210); a curing agent (B) transfer pipe (220) connected to the curing agent receiving unit (210); a transfer pump (330) coupled to the transfer pipe (220); a curing agent spraying pipe (230) coupled to the rear end of the transfer pipe (220); and a plurality of curing agent ejection portions (231) coupled with each other at intervals in a longitudinal direction of the curing agent spraying pipe (230).
