The present invention relates to a square manhole one-touch safety device manhole cover and, more specifically, to a square manhole one-touch safety device manhole cover comprising: a square cover frame having an inner surface on which a catching step and a pair of fitting holes are formed; a pair of square manhole covers fitted to the square cover frame, having acting holes and having acting housings with acting devices and through holes at the bottom; a fixation head disposed within the acting housing and having one end fitted into the fitting hole; a fixation member formed at the fixation head and having an acting rod with a tip end penetrating the through hole to be arranged; a catching washer disposed at the tip end of the acting rod; a catching unit formed of a fastening bolt penetrating the catching washer to be fastened to an end portion of the acting rod; and an elastic coil spring fitted around the acting rod to press the fixation head toward the catching step, wherein a catching shaft is formed in the square cover frame and a catching hook is arranged in the square manhole cover coupled to the square cover frame to be detachably fastened to the catching shaft such that the square manhole covers together with the fixation member are detachably fixed in the square cover frame, thereby being dually fixed to make firm fixation possible and preventing movement due to external force.
본 발명은 사각맨홀 원터치 안전장치 맨홀뚜껑에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내면에 걸림턱과 한쌍의 끼움공이 형성된 사각뚜껑틀과, 상기 사각뚜껑틀에 끼움되며 조작공들이 형성되고, 작동구와 관통공을 갖는 작동하우징이 저면에 형성된 한쌍의 사각맨홀뚜껑과, 상기 작동하우징의 내부에 배치되며 일단이 상기 끼움공에 끼움되는 고정헤드와, 상기 고정헤드에 형성되고 끝단이 상기 관통공을 관통하여 배치되는 작동봉으로 구성된 고정부재과, 상기 작동봉의 끝단에 배치되는 걸림와셔와, 상기 걸림와셔를 관통하여 상기 작동봉의 단부에 체결되는 체결볼트로 구성된 걸림부와, 상기 작동봉에 끼움되어, 상기 고정헤드를 상기 걸림턱방향으로 가압하는 탄성코일스프링으로 이루어져, 사각뚜껑틀에 걸림샤프트를 형성하고, 사각뚜껑틀에 체결되는 사각맨홀뚜껑에 걸림샤프트에 탈착가능하게 체결되도록 걸림후크를 마련하여, 고정부재와 함께 사각맨홀뚜껑을 사각뚜껑틀에 탈착가능하게 고정되도록 함으로써, 이중으로 고정되어 견고한 고정이 가능하게 되고, 외력에 의해 이동되는 것을 방지하게 되는 효과가 있다.
