FLOOR SUPPOTER PREVENTING NOISE THROUGH FLOOR
The present invention relates to a floor structure for preventing noise between floors, which is configured to reduce a shock between floors and absorb sound or vibration according to the shock. The floor structure comprises: a floor slab (110); a plurality of shock-absorbing units (200) installed on the floor slab (110) to form an arrangement at regular intervals and configured to absorb a shock applied from an upper portion; a vibration-proof member (130) installed on the shock-absorbing unit (200) and made of a vibration-proof material; a noise reduction unit (300) installed on the vibration-proof member (130) and configured to reduce noise; a shock-absorbing member (400) installed on the noise reduction unit (300) and made of a material for absorbing the shock; a cushioning sound-absorbing member (160) installed on the shock-absorbing member (400) and made of a composite layer material which provides cushioning and sound absorption; and a finishing mortar layer (170) poured and cured on the cushioning sound-absorbing member (160).
본 발명은 층간에 발생하는 충격을 저감시키고 아울러 이러한 충격에 따른 소리나 진동을 흡수하도록 구성되는 층간소음 방지 바닥구조체에 관한 것으로, 바닥 슬래브(110); 상기 바닥 슬래브(110) 상에 복수개가 일정 간격의 배열을 이루는 형태로 설치되어 상부로부터 가해지는 충격을 흡수하도록 구성된 충격완충유닛(200); 상기 충격완충유닛(200) 상에 설치되고 방진소재로 이루어진 방진부재(130); 상기 방진부재(130) 상에 설치되고 소음을 저감시키도록 구성된 소음저감유닛(300); 상기 소음저감유닛(300) 상에 설치되고 충격을 흡수하는 재질로 이루어진 충격흡수부재(400); 상기 충격흡수부재(400) 상에 설치되고 완충 및 흡음을 제공하는 복합층재로 이루어지는 완충흡음부재(160); 및 상기 완충흡음부재(160) 상에 타설되어 양생된 마감몰타르층(170)를 포함하여 구성된다.
