The present invention relates to an overhead distribution facility that facilitates branching of an overhead distribution line to a transformer, a telephone pole (10) equipped with a transformer (11); an arm iron (20) installed in parallel to the upper end of the telephone pole (10) with the telephone pole (10) interposed therebetween; a forward/backward unit (30) installed at both ends of the arm iron (20) to reciprocate a line fix unit (40); the line fix unit (40) that is detachably installed on the arm iron (20) through the forward/backward unit (30) and fixes and insulates an overhead distribution line (L); a pedestal (50) that is rotatably installed between the arm irons (20); a winch unit (60) that is installed on the pedestal (50) to elevate the line fix unit (40) while fixing the overhead distribution line (L); a branch unit (70) for mutually fixing and electrically connecting a branch line (L') and a jumper line (J) electrically connected to the transformer (11); and an earth leakage detection unit (80) installed on the arm iron (20) to sense the current flowing through the arm iron (20) and visually inform the operator of the fact. According to this embodiment, it is useful because the branch from the jumper wire to the transformer can be easily and conveniently connected using the branch unit. When an electric current flows through the arm iron, the earth leakage detection unit detects it and emits light to the surroundings, so that the operator can intuitively determine whether there is an earth leakage. Accordingly, there is an advantage that can safely protect the operator from risks such as electric shock.
본 발명은 변압기로의 가공배전선 분기가 용이한 가공배전설비에 관한 것으로서, 변압기(11)를 갖춘 전신주(10); 전신주(10)를 사이에 두고 전신주(10)의 상단부에 나란하게 설치되는 완철(20); 완철(20)의 양단부에 내설되어 라인픽스유닛(40)을 왕복이송시키는 진퇴유닛(30); 진퇴유닛(30)을 매개로 완철(20)에 착탈가능하게 설치되며 가공배전선(L)을 고정 및 절연하는 라인픽스유닛(40); 완철(20) 사이에 회동가능하게 설치되는 받침대(50); 받침대(50)에 설치되어 가공배전선(L)을 고정하면서 라인픽스유닛(40)을 승강시키는 자아틀유닛(60); 변압기(11)와 전기적으로 연결되는 분기선(L')과 점퍼선(J)을 상호 고정 및 전기적으로 연결하는 분기유닛(70); 완철(20)에 설치되어 완철(20)에 흐르는 전류를 감지하여 이를 작업자에게 시각적으로 알려주는 누전감지유닛(80);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 실시 예에 의하면, 분기유닛을 이용하여 점퍼선으로부터 변압기로의 분기를 쉽고 간편하게 연결할 수 있어 유용하고, 완철에 전류가 흐를 경우 이를 누전감지유닛이 감지하여 주변으로 불빛을 방출하기 때문에 작업자가 누전여부를 직감적으로 판단할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 감전사고와 같은 위험으로부터 작업자를 안전하게 보호해 줄 수 있는 이점이 있다.
