The present invention relates to a gate pump floodgate and, more specifically, to a gate pump floodgate capable of maintaining watertightness by bringing a packing into tight contact with a floodgate frame when a floodgate is closed, and spacing the packing apart from the floodgate frame when the floodgate is opened. According to the present invention, in regard to a floodgate combined with a winch with both sides inserted in a floodgate frame to be lifted up and down while having a gate pump installed therein, a rotary shaft installed vertically apart is provided in a side of the floodgate, and the front end of the rotary shaft is exposed through a side of the floodgate, wherein a rotary piece protruding laterally is installed on the rotary shaft located in the floodgate. One side of an operation platform is combined with the front end of the rotary piece, wherein the other side of the operation platform is hinged with a rod lifted up and down by the winch. The rod is combined by being inserted into a bracket, formed to protrude from both sides of an upper part of the floodgate, through a coupling pin, wherein the coupling pin is inserted into a vertically elongated hole. A link device is connected to the rotary shaft installed vertically in the floodgate to enable the rotary shaft to be rotated in the same manner, and a compression roller is installed on a side of the floodgate at the front end of the rotary shaft, wherein the compression roller is installed to be eccentric.
본 발명은 게이트 펌프에 관한 것으로, 수문이 닫힐 때는 수문틀에 패킹을 밀착시켜 수밀을 유지시키고, 수문이 열릴 때는 수문틀에서 패킹을 이격시키도록 하는 게이트 펌프 수문에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 양측이 수문틀에 끼워진 채로 권양기에 결합되어 승,하강이 이루어지는 한편 수문에 게이트 펌프가 설치됨에 있어서, 수문의 측면 내부에 상,하로 이격되어 설치되는 회동축을 구비하고, 상기 회동축의 선단은 수문의 측면으로 노출시키되 상기 수문의 내부에 위치하는 회동축에는 측방향으로 돌출되는 회동편을 설치하고, 상기 회동편의 선단에는 작동대의 일측을 결합시키되 상기 작동대의 타측은 권양기로 승,하강되는 로드에 힌지 결합시키고, 상기 로드는 수문의 상부 양측에 돌출되게 형성된 브라켓에 결합핀으로 끼워져 결합하되 상기 결합핀은 상,하로 긴 장공에 끼워지게 하고, 상기 수문의 내부에서 상,하로 설치되는 회동축에는 링크장치를 연결하여 회동축은 동일하게 회동되게 하고, 상기 회동축의 선단에는 수문의 측면에서 압착롤러를 설치하되 상기 압착롤러는 편심되게 설치함으로써 이루어진다.
The present invention relates to a gate pump floodgate and, more specifically, to a gate pump floodgate capable of maintaining watertightness by bringing a packing into tight contact with a floodgate frame when a floodgate is closed, and spacing the packing apart from the floodgate frame when the floodgate is opened.
