Supporting Device for Deck Support Frame and Method for dropping the Deck Support Frame using the same
The present invention relates to a support device for supporting a deck support frame and a method for dropping a deck support frame using the same. In the support device, in order to form a polygonal floor surface by a deck for slab construction, a deck installation structure includes an outside support frame disposed at the edge of the polygon, and a deck support frame installed on the inside of the polygon to support the deck together with the outside support frame. The support device comprises: an insertion part inserted into the outside support frame; a rotating part which is rotatably coupled to the insertion part about a rotation axis and has a seating part on which the deck support frame is seated; and a locking part selectively regulating the rotation of the rotating part. When the locking part is coupled to the rotating part, the seating part is placed in a first position for supporting the deck support frame. When the locking part is removed from the rotating part, the rotating part rotates to move the seating part to a second position to release the support of the deck support frame. Therefore, the deck support frame can be easily installed on the outside support frame.
본 발명은 데크지지프레임을 지지하는 서포트 장치 및 이를 이용한 데크지지프레임 낙하 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 서포트 장치는, 슬라브 시공용 데크에 의해 다각형의 바닥면을 형성하기 위해서, 상기 다각형의 가장자리에 배치되는 외측지지프레임과, 상기 다각형의 내측에 설치되어 상기 외측지지프레임과 함께 상기 데크를 지지하는 데크지지프레임을 포함하는 데크 설치 구조에 있어서, 상기 외측지지프레임에 삽입되는 삽입부; 상기 삽입부에 회전축을 중심으로 회동 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 데크지지프레임이 안착되는 안착부를 갖는 회동부; 상기 회동부의 회전을 선택적으로 규제하는 걸림부;를 포함하여서, 상기 걸림부가 상기 회동부에 결합될 때 상기 안착부는 상기 데크지지프레임을 지지하는 제1 위치에 놓이고, 상기 걸림부가 상기 회동부로부터 제거될 때 상기 회동부가 회동하여 상기 안착부는 상기 데크지지프레임의 지지를 해제하는 제2 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
