REBAR COUPLER
The present invention relates to a rebar coupler which easily and firmly connects two eccentric rebars and comprises: a first eccentric member connected to a first rebar; a second eccentric member connected to a second rebar; and a coupling nut connecting the first eccentric member and the second eccentric member. The first eccentric member and the second eccentric member comprise a first fastening hole and a second fastening hole eccentrically arranged from each central shaft thereof at a predetermined distance. The first fastening hole and the second fastening hole are opened to a lateral side to allow the first rebar and the second rebar to be inserted thereto. The rebar coupler can comprise a first insertion wedge and a second insertion wedge inserted into each hollow portion of the first rebar and the second rebar.
본 발명은 서로 편심된 두 철근도 간편하고 견고하게 연결할 수 있는 철근 커플러로서, 제1철근과 연결되는 제1편심부재, 제2철근과 연결되는 제2편심부재, 상기 제1편심부재와 제2편심부재를 연결하는 커플링 너트를 포함한다. 상기 제1편심부재와 제2편심부재는 각각 중심축으로부터 소정의 거리만큼 편심 배치된 제1체결홀과 제2체결홀을 구비한다. 제1체결홀과 제2체결홀은 측방으로 개방되어, 상기 제1철근과 제2철근이 삽입되도록 할 수 있다. 상기 철근 커플러는, 상기 제1철근과 제2철근의 중공부에 각각 삽입되는 제1삽입쐐기와 제2삽입쐐기를 구비할 수 있다.
