A SAFETY DOOR FOR PREVENT FINGER CAUGHT WITH TENSION MEMBER
The present invention relates to a safety door provided with a tension member for preventing the hand from being caught therein, which can prevent accidents caused when a physical body such as the hand of a user or the like is caught therein by being provided with a cushion panel for preventing the hand from being caught therein at a gap portion formed between a door frame and a door panel coupled to each other by a hinge member to be able to rotate. More specifically, the safety door comprises: a frame member coupled to one side of the door panel coupled to the door frame by the hinge member to be able to rotate; and a tension unit detachably coupled to the frame member while being composed of an elastically restorable material capable of changing a shape with respect to an external force to shield, from the outside, the gap portion between the door frame and the door panel where the hinge member is installed thereon, and to prevent damage to a corresponding physical body by means of the elastic force when the physical body is caught into the gap portion, wherein the tension portion is formed in a tube shape with a predetermined length and includes: a first tension member having an external surface coupled to the central part of the frame member by shape matching; and a second tension member provided to surround the external surface of the first tension member in a longitudinal direction and detachably coupled to both sides of the frame member.
본 발명은 경첩부재에 의해 서로 회전가능하게 결합하는 문틀과 도어패널 사이에 형성된 간격부에 손끼임 방지용 쿠션패널을 구비하여 사용자의 손(HAND) 등과 같은 신체의 끼임에 의한 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 손끼임 방지용 텐션부재가 구비된 안전출입문에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 경첩부재에 의해 문틀과 회전가능하게 결합하는 도어패널 일측에 결합되는 골조부재 및 상기 골조부재와 탈착 가능하게 결합하되 외력에 대하여 형상 변화가 가능하게 탄성 복원 가능한 재질로 이루어져 상기 경첩부재가 설치된 문틀과 도어패널 사이의 간격부가 외부로부터 가려지도록 하거나 상기 간격부 내측으로 신체의 끼임이 발생시에 그 탄성력에 의해 해당 신체의 손상이 방지될 수 있도록 구비되는 텐션부를 포함하되, 상기 텐션부는 소정 길이를 갖는 관 형상으로 이루어지되 외면이 상기 골조부재 중앙부와 형상 맞춤으로 결합하는 제1텐션부재 및 상기 제1텐션부재 외면을 길이방향으로 감싸도록 구비되되 상기 골조부재 양측과 탈착 가능하게 결합하는 제2텐션부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a safety door provided with a tension member for preventing the hand from being caught therein, which can prevent accidents caused when a physical body such as the hand of a user or the like is caught therein by being provided with a cushion panel for preventing the hand from being caught therein at a gap portion formed between a door frame and a door panel coupled to each other by a hinge member to be able to rotate.
