The present invention provides an apparatus for crushing and decomposing food wastes, which can repeatedly decompose food wastes while pulverizing the food wastes by a mechanical method to make the food wastes a liquid and discharge the liquid, thereby shortening the time required to decompose the food wastes and increasing processing efficiency. The apparatus can stir an organic matter, finely pulverized by a pulverizing unit, by rotating stirring blades and allow the stirring blades to rub with a screen, thereby decomposing the organic matter more finely along with partial biological decomposition thereof using microorganism grouping, compression, and pulverization, can include an oxygen injection nozzle provided below the screen of a stirring unit to spray oxygen, so that a fine organic matter discharged to a lower portion of the screen can further be oxidized and decomposed by oxygen injected through the oxygen injection nozzle and the water quality can be increased by bubbling of the oxygen. 본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기를 기계적인 방법으로 분쇄시킴과 동시에 분해 작용을 반복수행하여 액상으로 소멸시켜 배출시킴으로써 음식물 쓰레기의 분해시간이 단축되고, 처리 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄 및 분해처리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 분쇄부에 의해 미세하게 분쇄된 유기물을 교반날개의 회전으로 교반시키고, 교반날개가 스크린과의 마찰되도록 함으로써 미생물과 미생물균집와 압착, 분쇄 등을 통해 일부 생물학적 분해와 더불어 더욱 미세하게 유기물을 분해하도록 하고, 교반부의 스크린의 하부에 산소분사노즐을 구성하여 산소를 분사하도록 함으로써 스크린의 하부로 배출된 미세 유기물은 산소분사노즐을 통해 분사되는 산소에 의해 더욱 산화 및 분해되며, 산소의 버블링에 의해 수질은 정화되어 질 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 하우징의 내부공간에 설치되는 분해조를 분쇄부와 교반부로 별도 구성하여 각각 설치되도록 구성함으로써 분리가 용이한 구조로 형성되어 세척과 청소작업을 편리하게 수행할 수 있기 때문에 위생성과 사용상에 편의성이 향상되도록 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
