Anchor for insulation panels and construction method of insulation panels using the same
The present invention relates to an insulation panel fixing anchor constructed in a corner part to which an insulation panel is joined, to fix the insulation panel to an outer wall of a building and, more specifically, to an insulation panel fixing anchor capable of having excellent constructability and securing a substantial fixing force by extending and forming a wing plate, which is tapered such that its width becomes narrower gradually toward an upper part, on a side plate bent vertically at a side end of a base plate fixed to an outer wall of a building, and an insulation panel construction method using the same. The insulation panel fixing anchor of the present invention, which is constructed in a corner part of a part where four insulation panels are adjacent to be fixed to an outer wall of a building to fix a corner part of each of the insulation panels to the outer wall of the building, includes: a base plate fixed to the outer wall of the building and having at least one inlet formed such that an adhesive can be introduced; a side plate bent vertically at a side end of the base plate to secure a space for accepting the adhesive; a pair of wing plates extended from both sides of each side plate to be individually inserted into the rear side of an adjacent insulation panel, and tapered such that its width becomes narrower gradually toward an upper part by having one side on the inside formed to be inclined with the side plate and having the other side on the outside formed to be orthogonal with the side plate; and a plurality of fixing pieces bent vertically from a wing plate orthogonal with the side plate to the inside, in an end part of the other side of the wing plate, and spaced vertically apart from each other such that the adhesive can be introduced therebetween.
본 발명은 단열패널이 접합되는 모서리 부분에 시공되어 단열패널을 건물 외벽에 고정하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건물 외벽에 고정되는 베이스판 측단에서 수직 절곡된 측판에 상부로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지도록 테이퍼진 날개판이 연장 형성되어 시공성이 우수하고 견고한 고정력 확보가 가능한 단열패널 고정앵커 및 이를 이용한 단열패널 시공 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 단열패널 고정앵커는 4개의 단열패널이 인접하는 부위의 모서리 부분에 시공되어 각 단열패널의 모서리 부분을 건물 외벽에 고정하기 위해 건물 외벽에 고정되는 것으로, 상기 건물 외벽에 고정되는 것으로 접착제가 유입되도록 적어도 하나 이상의 유입공이 형성된 베이스판; 상기 베이스판의 측단에서 수직 절곡되어 접착제가 수용될 공간을 확보하는 측판; 상기 각 측판의 양측단에서 연장 형성되어 인접하는 단열패널의 배면에 각각 삽입되는 것으로 내측의 일측면은 측판과 경사지게 형성되고, 외측의 타측면은 측판과 직각을 이루어 상부로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지도록 테이퍼지게 형성된 한 쌍의 날개판; 및 상기 측판과 직각을 이루는 날개판의 타측면 단부에 날개판에서 내측으로 수직 절곡되는 것으로 사이에 접착제가 유입되도록 복수 개가 상하 이격되게 구비되는 고정편; 으로 구성된다.
