The present invention relates to a bottom support joint for a modular classroom coupling a bottom frame to a foundation of a prefabricated building and a construction method thereof. The bottom frame joint of the prefabricated building, made by installing a frame structure on the upper part of the bottom frame and installing other building structure, comprises: a foundation plate installed on the ground surface of the lower part of the bottom frame and having the top surface integrated with height adjusting wings on which a plurality of bolt holes are formed; a lifting and lowering support installed between the foundation plate and the floor frame and integrated with height adjusting wings, on which a plurality of bolt holes are formed, on the bottom surface to face the height adjusting wings of the foundation plate; and fixation bolts and fixation nuts wherein the fixation bolts are installed by penetrating the bolt holes. At least one among the bolt holes is formed in a long hole shape to be long up and down, and a catching unit is formed at one side thereof to catch the fixation bolt or the fixation nut, such that the height-adjusted lifting and lowering support cannot be lowered. The present invention can easily and correctly adjust the horizontality of the bottom frame to prevent the deformation or the collapse of the building.
본 발명은 조립식 건축물의 기초에 바닥프레임을 결합하는 모듈러 교실용 바닥지지조인트 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 바닥프레임의 상부에 프레임 구조물을 설치하고, 다른 건축 구조를을 설치하여 이루어진 조립식 건축물의 바닥프레임 조인트로, 상기 바닥프레임 하부의 지면에 설치되고, 상부면에는 다수의 볼트구멍이 형성된 높이조절날개가 일체로 형성된 기초판; 상기 기초판과 바닥프레임 사이에 설치되고, 상기 높이조절날개와 대향되는 저면에 다수의 볼트구멍이 형성된 높이조절날개가 일체로 형성된 승강지지구; 상기 볼트구멍을 관통하여 설치되는 고정볼트와 고정너트를 포함하되, 상기 볼트구멍들 중 적어도 하나는 상하로 길게 장공 형태로 형성되고 그 일측에 걸림부가 형성되어 고정볼트 또는 고정너트가 걸려 높이 조절된 승강지지구가 하강하지 못하게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
