The present invention relates to a foldable rotor having an automatic hinge structure and, more specifically, to a foldable structure capable of providing a mechanical coupling element for automatically folding and unfolding one plate element and another plate element when rotating the one plate element with respect to the other plate element, in regard to a foldable rotor for folding and unfolding the two plate elements to each other. More specifically, the foldable structure having an automatic hinge structure comprises: a first member (100); a second member (200) provided on at least one side of the first member (100) to be rotated with respect to the first member (100); and a hinge means provided between the first member (100) and the second member (200) to fold and unfold the second member (200) with respect to the first member (100). The hinge means includes: a driving side rotation means (300) provided on one side of the first member (100); a driven side rotation means (400) provided on one side of the second member (200) to be adjacent to one side of the first member (100), while interconnected with the driving side rotation means (300); a hinge means (500) provided to connect the driving side rotation means (300) and the driven side rotation means (400) with each other; and a driving means (600) driving the driving side rotation means (300).
본원 발명은 자동힌지구조를 가지는 접이식 회전체에 관한 것으로서,구체적으로 2개의 판재요소를 서로 접고 펴는 접이식 회전체에 있어서, 하나의 판재요소를 다른 하나의 판재요소에 대하여 회전시킴에 있어서 자동으로 접고 펼 수 있는 기계적 결합요소를 제공하는 접이식 구조물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본원 발명은 제1부재(100); 상기 제1부재(100)의 적어도 일측에 구비되어 상기 제1부재(100)에 대해서 회전하는 제2부재(200); 상기 제1부재(100)와 상기 제2부재(200) 사이에 구비된 힌지수단에 의해서 제1부재(100)에 대해서 제2부재(200)의 폴딩 및 언폴딩이 이루어지는 회전 구조물에 있어서, 상기 힌지수단은, 상기 제1부재(100)의 일측에 구비되는 구동측 회전수단(300); 상기 제1부재(100)의 일측에 인접하도록 상기 제2부재(200) 일측에 구비되되, 상기 구동측 회전수단(300)에 연동되는 종동측 회전수단(400); 상기 구동측 회전수단(300)과 종동측 회전수단(400) 사이를 연결하도록 구비된 힌지수단(500); 및 상기 구동측 회전수단(300)을 구동시키는 구동수단(600);을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동힌지구조를 구비한 접이식 구조물이다.
