The present invention relates to a roof system for a market, which comprises: a plurality of columns provided at an interval in a market passage; a pair of guide frames provided along the market passage while connected to an upper end of the column; a plurality of inner roofs provided to be slidably movable along the guide frame; and a plurality of outer roofs storing the inner roof and provided to be slidably movable along the guide frame. The inner roofs block only a portion of an upper portion of the market passage which corresponds to an entire longitudinal portion of the guide frame, and the remaining upper portion of the market passage which is not blocked by the inner roofs is blocked by the outer roofs.
