Introduced is a method for repairing cracks in an exterior concrete wall that can be finished with paint after removing foreign substances from a surface and applying a repair material along the cracks. The repair material contains 20 to 60 parts by weight of an aqueous coating agent based on 100 parts by weight of latex. The aqueous coating agent is 2-methyl-2-propenoic acid butyl ester polymer with ethenylbenzene and 2-ethylhexyl 2-propenoate.
