Two-Way Guide casing of cast in place type overlap drilling and Method for Drilling Ground using the same
The present invention provides a ground drilling method. The ground drilling method comprises: (a) a first drilling step of drilling a first pile hole on the ground by using a ground excavator and press-fitting a first casing with a circular cross section therein; (b) a second drilling step of drilling a second pile hole at a position spaced at a predetermined distance from the first pile hole and press-fitting a second casing with a circular cross section therein; (c) a step of inserting an internal casing with a non-circular cross section into the first pile hole and the second pile hole; (d) a step of drawing the first and the second casing from the first pile hole and the second pile hole; and (e) a connection drilling step of drilling a connection pile hole between the first pile hole and the second pile hole and press-fitting a first connection casing therein, wherein, in the step (e), the connection pile hole is drilled such that portions are overlapped with the first pile hole and the second pile hole and the first connection casing can be guided to be vertically inserted by the internal casing positioned in the first pile hole and the internal casing positioned in the second pile hole. The present invention can construct a continuous wall structure with high verticality regardless of environmental constraints.
본 발명은 지반 천공 방법을 제공한다. 지반 천공 방법은 (가) 지반굴착기를 이용하여 지반에 제1파일공을 천공하고, 그 내부에 단면이 원형인 제1케이싱을 압입시키는 제1천공단계; (나) 상기 제1파일공으로부터 소정 거리이격된 위치에 제2파일공을 천공하고, 그 내부로 단면이 원형인 제2케이싱을 압입시키는 제2천공단계; (다) 상기 제1파일공과 상기 제2파일공에 단면이 비원형인 내부 케이싱을 삽입하는 단계; (라) 상기 제1파일공과 상기 제2파일공으로부터 상기 제1,2케이싱을 인발하는 단계; 및 (마) 상기 제1파일공과 상기 제2파일공 사이에 연결 파일공을 천공하면서 그 내부에 제1연결 케이싱을 압입시키는 연결 천공단계를 포함하되; 상기 (마) 단계에서 상기 연결 파일공은 상기 제1파일공과 상기 제2파일공 각각에 일부가 겹치도록 천공되고, 상기 제1연결 케이싱은 상기 제1파일공 내에 위치한 내부 케이싱과 상기 제2파일공 내에 위치한 내부 케이싱에 의해 그 수직 삽입이 안내될 수 있다.
