Structure of panel for lining a concrete water tank and lining method using the same
The present invention relates to a lining panel structure for a concrete water storage facility and a lining method using the same. According to the present invention, the lining panel structure for the concrete water storage facility comprises: a large number of flat irons which include a first flat iron which includes a first wall surface extension unit extended to be parallel to a concrete wall and fixed on the concrete wall, a first vertical surface unit bent upward and protruding along an edge of a right side end unit of the first wall surface extension unit, and a first upper extension unit extended to be parallel to the first wall surface extension unit along an edge on an upper end of the first vertical surface unit, and a second flat iron which includes a second wall surface extension unit extended to be parallel to the concrete wall and fixed on the concrete wall, a second vertical surface unit bent upward and protruding along an edge on a left end unit of the second wall surface extension unit to face the first vertical surface unit, and a second upper extension unit extended to be parallel to the second wall surface extension unit along an edge on an upper end of the second vertical surface unit, and which are engaged with an inner surface of the concrete wall forming the concrete water storage facility and extended in a longitudinal direction; and a stainless steel panel for the linings engaged between the flat irons. The present invention aims to provide a lining panel structure for a concrete water storage facility and a lining method using the same, which are able to prevent cracks and water leak.
본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 물 저장시설의 라이닝 패널 구조는 콘크리트 벽체에 평행하게 연장되어 콘크리트 벽체에 고정되는 제1벽면연장부와, 상기 제1벽면연장부의 우측단부 가장자리를 따라 상향 절곡되어 돌출되는 제1수직면부와, 상기 제1수직면부의 상단 가장자리를 따라 상기 제1벽면연장부와 평행하게 절곡되어 연장되는 제1상부연장부가 일체로 형성되어 이루어지는 제1평철과, 콘크리트 벽체에 평행하게 연장되어 콘크리트 벽체에 고정되는 제2벽면연장부와, 상기 제2벽면연장부의 좌측단부 가장자리를 따라 상향 절곡되어 돌출되며 상기 제1수직면부와 대향되게 배치되는 제2수직면부와, 상기 제2수직면부의 상단 가장자리를 따라 상기 제2벽면연장부와 평행하게 절곡되어 연장되는 제2상부연장부가 일체로 형성되는 제2평철을 포함하여 콘크리트 물 저장시설을 형성하는 콘크리트 벽체의 내부면에 일정간격으로 결합되고 세로로 연장되는 다수의 평철; 및 상기 평철 사이에 결합되는 라이닝을 위한 스테인레스 스틸 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a lining panel structure for a concrete water storage facility and a lining method using the same.
