Manhole cover with automatically adjustable lock and lift
The present invention relates to a manhole cover to which an automatic position-adjustable lock and a lift body are applied, comprising: an upper plate (21) composed of a plate corresponding to a flat surface shape of a manhole frame (1); a support wall (22) formed to protrude downward on the periphery of the bottom surface of the upper plate (21); holding units (23) arranged and formed to be radial from the center of the bottom surface of the upper plate (21); a coupling bolt (24) penetrated downward through a concave groove of the center of the upper plate (21) and installed to be able to rotate with no load; the lift body (25) screw-coupled to the coupling bolt (24) under the upper plate (21) to be lifted and lowered in accordance with the rotation direction of the coupling bolt (24); a locking body (26) having one side coupled to the holding unit (23) to be able to slide and rotate and the other side coupled to a connection arm (253) of the lift body (25) to be able to slide and rotate such that the locking body is caught in a seating unit (13) of the manhole frame (1) to show a locking force; and an elastic member (27) installed between the lift body (25) and the locking body (26) to outwardly press the locking body (26). The present invention can lock the manhole cover even though a manhole frame is put, as it is, in a manhole cover installed in a prior art and only the manhole cover is exchanged and also can automatically adjust the position of the lock to stably maintain the locking force even though wear occurs in the lock due to extended use.
본 발명은 위치 자동조절형 잠금장치 및 승강체를 적용한 맨홀 뚜껑에 관한 것으로서, 맨홀틀(1)의 평면 형상에 대응되는 판재로 된 상판(21); 상판(21)의 저면 둘레에서 하방으로 돌출 형성된 지지벽(22); 상판(21)의 저면 중심에서 방사형으로 배치 형성된 거치부(23); 상판(21) 중앙의 요입홈을 하방으로 관통하여 공회전 가능케 설치된 체결볼트(24); 상판(21) 하부에서 체결볼트(24)에 나사 결합되어 체결볼트(24)의 회전 방향에 따라 승강하는 승강체(25); 일측이 거치부(23)에 슬라이딩과 회전이 가능케 결합되고, 타측이 승강체(25)의 연결암(253)에 슬라이딩과 회전이 가능케 결합되어 맨홀틀(1)의 안착부(13)에 걸려 잠금력을 발휘하는 잠금체(26); 승강체(25)와 잠금체(26) 간에 설치되어 잠금체(26)를 외향으로 가압하는 탄성부재(27); 를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존 설치된 맨홀커버에서 맨홀틀은 그대로 두고, 맨홀 뚜껑만 교체하더라도 맨홀 뚜껑의 잠금이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 장기간 사용으로 인해 잠금장치에 마모가 발생하더라도 잠금장치의 위치가 자동 조절되어 잠금력이 안정적으로 유지되는 효과가 있다.
