Repair mortar composition including acrylic fiber and repair method using same
According to the present invention, a repair mortar composition including acrylic fiber comprises cement, synthetic slag fine powder, a shrinkage inhibitor, an acrylic fiber, silica sand, a filler, an admixture, a dispersant, an expansion performance improving agent, and a polymer resin as a functional binder. The repair mortar composition including the acrylic fiber facilitates repair work, minimizes the mortar composition cost, increases repair durability, and prevents formation of voids in a repair area, thereby increasing repair quality. In addition, the present invention is to provide a repair method using the repair mortar composition including the acrylic fiber, which is configured to repair through a process of applying a primer and a surface protection agent on a construction target site of a concrete structure before and after the construction of the repair mortar composition, thereby implementing reinforcement and repair to provide excellent durability to various types of structures.
본 발명의 아크릴계 섬유를 포함하는 보수 모르타르 조성물은 시멘트, 합성 슬래그 미분말, 수축 방지제, 아크릴계 섬유, 규사, 충진제, 혼화제, 분산제, 팽창성능 개선제 및 기능성 결합제로 폴리머 수지를 포함하며, 상기 아크릴계 섬유를 포함하는 보수 모르타르 조성물은 보수작업이 용이하며, 모르타르 조성비용을 최소화하는 반면, 보수 내구성을 증진시키고, 보수 작업부위의 공극생성 현상을 방지하여 보수 작업품질을 높이는 아크릴계 섬유를 포함하는 보수 모르타르 조성물을 제공하는 것이다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 시공대상부위에 보수 모르타르 조성물의 시공전후로 프라이머 및 표면보호제를 도포하는 과정을 거쳐 보수하도록 구성함으로써 다양한 형태의 구조물에 우수한 내구성을 생성하도록 보강 보수할 수 있는 아크릴계 섬유를 포함하는 보수 모르타르 조성물을 이용한 보수 공법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
