Tie Temper System
The present invention relates to a tie tamper system, and more particularly, to a tie tamper system used to uniformly disperse and maintain ballast in a railroad rail. The tie tamper system is improved to implement single-bar type vibration on ballast so that efficient design is possible. Especially, the width of wheels can be changed, so that the tie tamper system can be easily and conveniently used for compaction of ballast for large-width loading and unloading cranes in a shipyard or port as well as for compaction of ballast in a general railway rail. To this end, the tie tamper system comprises a plurality of tie tampers, and the tie tampers each include an operating cylinder, a guide rod, a fixed block, a pair of link arms, a vibrating frame, a vibrator, and a tamper plate.
본 발명은 타이템퍼 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 철도 레일의 자갈을 균일하게 분산 유지시키기 위해 사용되는 타이템퍼로서, 외발 흔들림형 자갈 진동을 구현하여 효율적인 설계가 가능하고, 무엇보다도 차륜의 폭을 가변시킬 수 있어 대형폭의 조선소나 항만 승하역 크레인용 자갈 다짐은 물론 일반 철도 레일 자갈 다짐용으로 가변시켜 쉽고 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 개선된 타이템퍼 시스템에 관한 것이다.
