ASSEMBLY TYPE HYBRID COMPOSITE BASEPLATE
The present invention relates to a prefabricated hybrid composite floor plate and, more specifically, to a prefabricated hybrid composite floor plate capable of easily installing slabs constituting a floor or roof of a structure on an erect post through a simple assembly process when installing the slabs in an upper part of the vertical post installed on the ground as well as effectively supporting a concrete slab with a tensile tendon installed to apply a tensile force to the inside of a timber supporter supporting the concrete slab while increasing a response force to a vertical load to provide a more substantial concrete slab, and providing a composite floor plate with an improved binding force between the concrete slab and the timber supporter. According to the present invention, the prefabricated hybrid composite floor plate includes: a timber supporter (100) having an insert hole (110) formed therein in a longitudinal direction; a tension unit (200) tension-fixing a tensile tendon (130) installed in the insert hole (110) while kept located on both longitudinal sides of the timber supporter (100); mounting concrete blocks (300) installed to be fixed to both longitudinal sides of the timber supporter (100) through a concrete fastening part (400) to be mounted in the top of a vertical post (10) installed on the ground; and a concrete slab (500) forming a floor surface by connecting the mounting concrete blocks (300) with each other while being located above the timber supporter (100).
본 발명은 조립식 하이브리드 복합바닥판에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지면에 직립되게 설치되는 직립포스트의 상측에 구조물의 바닥이나 지붕을 이루는 슬래브의 설치시 상기 직립포스트에 간단한 조립공정으로 손쉽게 설치할 수 있도록 함은 물론 콘크리트슬래브를 지지하는 팀버서포터의 내측에 인장력이 부여되게 설치되는 인장용 텐던에 의해 상기 콘크리트슬래브를 효과적으로 지지하면서 수직하중에 대한 대응력을 높여 보다 견고한 콘크리트슬래브을 제공하고, 상기 콘크리트슬래브와 팀버서포터의 결합력을 향상시킨 복합바닥판을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 조립식 하이브리드 복합바닥판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내측에 길이방향을 따라 인서트홀(110)이 형성된 목재의 팀버서포터(100); 상기 팀버서포터(100)의 길이방향 양측에 위치한 상태로 상기 인서트홀(110)의 내측에 설치되는 인장용 텐던(130)을 인장 고정하는 텐션유닛(200); 상기 팀버서포터(100)의 길이방향 양측에 콘크리트결속부(400)를 매개로 고정되게 설치되어 지면에 직립되는 직립포스트(10) 상단에 장착되는 장착콘크리트블록(300); 상기 팀버서포터(100)의 상측에 위치한 상태로 상기 장착콘크리트블록(300)을 상호 연결하여 바닥면을 이루는 콘크리트슬래브(500);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
