The present invention relates to an elastic support structure using a waste tire, comprising: a lower plate frame (110) made of steel; an elastic pad layer (120) formed on an upper side of the lower plate frame (110); and an upper plate frame (130) made of steel and installed on an upper side of the elastic pad layer (120). The elastic pad layer (120) includes: a lower plate (121) made of steel, which is manufactured by using compositions made by reusing a waste tire, with a lower surface in contact with an upper surface of the lower plate frame (110); a reinforcing plate (122) made of steel, formed by being apart upward from the lower plate (121) in a vertical direction; an upper plate (123) apart upward from the reinforcing plate (122), with an upper surface in contact with a lower surface of the upper plate frame (130); and a pad unit (124) made of rubber, in which the reinforcing plate (122) is embedded, an upper surface and a side surface of the lower plate (121) are embedded, and a lower surface and a side surface of the upper plate (123) are embedded. The present invention aims to provide an elastic support structure using a waste tire, which is able to have excellent durability.
본 발명의 폐타이어를 이용한 탄성받침 구조물은 강 재질의 하판프레임(110); 하판프레임(110)의 상부에 형성되는 탄성패드층(120); 탄성패드층(120)의 상부에 설치되는 강 재질의 상판프레임(130)을 포함하되, 탄성패드층(120)은 폐타이어를 재활용한 조성물로 제작됨과 아울러, 하면이 하판프레임(110)의 상면에 접촉하도록 형성된 강재질의 하부판(121); 상하방향을 따라 하부판(121)의 상측으로 이격되어 형성된 강 재질의 보강판(122); 보강판(122)의 상측으로 이격되어 설치되되, 상면이 상판프레임(130)의 하면에 접촉되는 구조로 형성된 상부판(123); 보강판(122)이 매립되고, 하부판(121)의 상면과 측면이 매립되며, 상부판(123)의 하면과 측면이 매립되도록, 형성된 고무재질의 패드부(124);를 구비한다.
