FIRE DOOR WITH IMPROVED HEAT INSULATION
The present invention relates to a heat-blocking fire door. More specifically, the fire door (D) has a fire door body (1) installed on a door frame (2) to be opened and closed. The fire door body (1) includes a pair of outer panels (100) and an inner panel (200) arranged between the outer panels (100). The inner panel (200) includes expansion foam (210) and a fire-resistant board (210) arranged on both sides of the expansion foam (210) and having an expansion board (222) on both sides of a flame-retardant board (221). The expansion foam (210) is thermosetting foam including a flame-retardant material and expansion graphite or expansion vermiculite. The flame-retardant board (221) is made of glass fiber impregnated with a first flame-retardant resin composition. The expansion board (222) is made of glass fiber impregnated with a second flame-retardant resin composition. According to the present invention, the heat-blocking fire door has the advantage of excellent non-heat-blocking performance, heat-blocking performance, strength, impact resistance, and weight reduction to have excellent fire safety.
본 발명은 차열 방화문에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 방화문 본체(1)가 문틀(2)에 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 방화문(D)에 있어서, 상기 방화문 본체(1)는, 한 쌍의 외측패널(100)과 상기 외측패널(100) 사이에 배치되는 내측패널(200)로 구성되며, 상기 내측패널(200)은, 팽창폼(210)과, 상기 팽창폼(210)의 양면에 배치되며, 난연보드(221)의 양면에 팽창보드(222)가 구비된 내화보드(210)로 구성되되, 상기 팽창폼(210)은 난연재 및 팽창흑연 또는 팽창질석을 포함하는 열경화성 발포폼이고, 상기 난연보드(221)는 제1 난연성 수지 조성물이 함침 처리된 유리섬유로 구성되고, 상기 팽창보드(222)는 제2 난연성 수지 조성물이 함침 처리된 유리섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 차열 방화문은, 비차열 성능, 차열 성능, 강도, 내충격성, 경량성이 우수하여, 화재 안정성이 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
